Do you install customer-purchased lights?
No, we do not and for a variety of reasons. We want your display to be consistent, safe, and to look its best. Mixing and matching older lights with the new LED lighting that we use is problematic. Our goal is a superior display and we believe that is best done safely with our lights.
What kind of lighting do you use?
We use commercial grade C9 bulbs for roof and gutter lines and mini lights for trees and shrubs. Most of our customers prefer warm white lighting for their homes. We also offer lighted wreaths.
How are your lights purchased and how do I know I am getting quality lighting?
We only purchase commercial grade lighting for our clients and we buy in bulk. This assures our customers a great price. Since we stand behind our Christmas light installations, it also assures that we won't need repeated trips to your home.
Do you offer customized installation of Christmas lights?
We offer on-site cut and fit lighting displays assuring you of a neat installation without excess wiring. If you have something special you would like done, just ask!
Do you use any special equipment in your Christmas light installations in Hagerstown?

What type of insurance do you carry?
No worries here. We carry commercial liability coverage in an aggregate of 3 million dollars. All of our staff are fully covered by Workmen's Compensation. We are licensed the Maryland Home Improvement Commission.

Our minimum fee is $750 with average customers spending between $1,200 to $1,400. We do offer a discount for multi-year agreements.
How do you stand behind your work?
We only use quality, commercial grade material in our displays and offer a 24-hour response time should any of our lights fail. Should there be a large storm that causes lighting to come down, we will attend to our customers as fast as humanly possible.
How are installations scheduled?
They are based on the date of the agreement. Our returning customers have priority.
Do you take lights down?
Of course! This is one of our most valued services. If weather is not an issue, we should have your lights down within a week or two after the new year begins.

How do I pay for your services?
We request a 50% deposit with the balance due upon our successful Christmas light installation.
