What is your Christmas light hanging process like?

We offer a simple, streamlined process for all of our Christmas light installation clients. Once you request an estimate for us to hang Christmas lights at your home, we offer you a quick and competitive estimate and put you on our holiday lighting schedule as soon as possible. Our crew of St. George installers then comes to your home to hang Christmas lights. Once the Christmas light hanging is complete, we will maintain your Christmas lighting free of charge and come out to fix any problems that may occur as soon as you notify us. After the holiday season is over, we will remove your holiday lights and either take them to our free storage facility or leave them at your home, depending on your preference.

Do you provide the holiday lighting and Christmas decorations or can I use my own lights?

We are happy to hang Christmas lights you already own, but we recommend purchasing new lights from us for the best end result. All of our Christmas light decorating products are commercial grade, high quality, and covered under a free warranty. Our professional Christmas light decorators also custom fit our holiday lights to your home, giving you the cleanest and most professional appearance to your installation.

Do you offer a warranty on your Christmas light installation service?

We guarantee that all of our lights will work from Thanksgiving until Xmas Day. We also warranty the installation and offer free maintenance if any light strands or installation cords fall off or come loose.

What is the typical lead time on a Christmas light installation?

Our Christmas light installers will typically come to your home to hang Christmas lights the next day or two. We are proud to offer one of the quickest professional holiday lighting services in Southern Utah!

When can I expect my holiday lights to be taken down?

We begin take-down services in January.

What kind of lights and installation do your customers normally choose?

Most of our customers ask us to hang Christmas lights on the front eves of the home. This gives a bright and cheery appearance to the house and allows you to see the lights when you come home at night. Clear, incandescent (white) lights are the most common choice.  Professional quality LED lights are offered as well.

Are you an insured company?

We carry both liability insurance and a worker’s compensation policy. This protects you from any responsibility if your home is damaged or if one of our Christmas light installers is injured during the installation process.
